The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcing bar assembly having a rake-shaped reinforcement, and a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete column using the same, which uses a rake-shaped reinforcement having a V shape and having an end portion which is bent perpendicularly so as to easily bond a supporting reinforcing bar and a V-shaped reinforcing member, thereby maximizing a reinforcing effect due to the reinforcing bar assembly composed of main reinforcing bars and tie hoops arranged in the longitudinal direction, and at the same time, easily securing a central space of the reinforcing bar assembly, and thus improving seismic performance of concrete column members which are reinforced due to the reinforcing bar assembly being embedded in concrete.
