Disclosed are a service apparatus for processing an easy payment using a mobile phone number and a password, and an operating method thereof. According to the service apparatus of the present invention, information on a mobile phone number, a password for an easy payment, and a payment means pre-registered by a plurality of customers for the easy payment, is stored in a customer information database, and then when an easy payment request is received from a client terminal of a specific customer, the mobile phone number and the password for the easy payment of the customer are received. Thereafter, when it is confirmed that the mobile phone number and the password for the easy payment are stored in the customer information database, a payment for a product purchased by the customer in a content providing server is performed. As a result, the customer can simply proceed with a payment process with only the phone number and the password. The service apparatus for processing an easy payment of the present invention comprises: a customer information database; an information deleting unit for deleting information on a payment means and history information from the customer information database; an information request unit; a payment processing execution unit; a history information updating unit for updating first history information; and a completion message transmitting unit.
