Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a three-dimensional supersonic anemometer, a three-dimensional wind speed measurement method, and a wind turbine. The three-dimensional supersonic anemometer comprises: three pairs of ultrasonic transceivers which are arranged in different directions from one another; an ultrasonic sensor unit installed in a rotary body rotating with respect to a rotary shaft and rotating together with the rotary body with respect to the rotary shaft; a signal processing unit outputting three-dimensional detection wind speeds (Us, Vs, Ws) detected by the ultrasonic sensor unit; and a coordinate conversion unit converting the three-dimensional detection wind speeds (Us, Vs, Ws) into three-dimensional stationary wind speeds (U, V, W) on a stationary system (X, Y, Z) by using a rotation angle () of the rotary body to output the same. According to the present invention, accurate measurement of the wind speeds and wind directions is possible.
