Disclosed is a coal burner system capable of efficiently separating unburned coal. The coal burner system of the present invention comprises: a coal burner combusting inserted coal; a cyclone separation unit separating a first tablet ash using mechanical centrifugal force by receiving fly ash generated from a coal burner and discharging the first tablet ash; and an electrostatic separation unit separating the first tablet ash in an electrostatic manner. A concentration sensor for detecting the concentration of the first tablet ash is installed on a discharge passage of the first tablet ash between the cyclone separation unit and the electrostatic separation unit. A control unit controls the operation condition of the coal burner by receiving a detected concentration signal of the concentration sensor. A calibration program performed by the control unit is stored in a memory connected with the control unit. When the control unit executes the calibration program, a user interface (UI) screen is displayed through a display unit. When the calibration mode is selected on the UI screen, the control unit stores a concentration profile by a plurality of coal types measured by the concentration sensor in the memory by performing test combustion by the coal types. The concentration profile by the coal types stored in the memory is used for operations when the coal is inserted into the coal burner.
