The present invention relates to a phantom radiation dosimeter. The phantom radiation dosimeter includes multiple X-ray sensing probes and a chest phantom modeling the chest of a human body with respect to the X-rays. The chest phantom includes two panels formed to be spaced apart while having a space corresponding to a first gap. A first panel among the two panels, which is arranged on the upper part, includes multiple holes formed on the center part of areas individually divided in the shape of a virtual grid on the upper surface of the first panel. The X-ray sensing probes can be at least partially inserted into the holes from the lower surface of the first panel to the upper surface to have ends exposed on the upper surface of the first panel.
