The present invention relates to a water resource control diagnosing and monitoring system by using IoT. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water resource control diagnosing and monitoring system which can improve the diagnosis speed since electric signals of an electric device included in the same environmental categories are relatively compared so as to diagnose an abnormality state of a specific electric device, can reduce the communication costs by communicating using IoT, and can improve diagnosis accuracy by relatively comparing electric signals output in the electric device through correction based on electric device setting information so as to exclude a signal changed by other factors except a fault.
