The present invention relates to a vibration absorbing member attached with a bottom impact damper and a structure for preventing noise between floors, and specifically relates to a vibration absorbing member attached with a bottom impact damper and a structure for preventing noise between floors of a floating bottom structure including the same, which collects noise to a vibration absorbing section by using the bottom impact damper to prevent noise between floors and reduce sagging in the bottom at the same time. An object of the present invention is to collect vibration to the vibration absorbing section by using the bottom impact damper attached to the vibration absorbing member such that soundproofing function between floors can be stably maintained. In addition, the height difference between the bottom impact damper and the support portion maintained to be a predetermined distance such that a long-term sagging in the floating bottom structure can be reduced and failures can be reduced.
