The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly stone net to prevent scouring a slope of a river or a ford by using a barbed anchor panel and a U-shaped shackle. According to the present invention, the stone net comprises: a bottom wire mesh part (10) installed over the entire slope from a crown part to a base part of a river and a ford; a vegetation soil bag part (20) stacked on the bottom wire mesh part (10) to provide an underwater vegetation space and an inhabitation place of fish; a stone part (30) to form a water passage and a fish path on the slope; an anchor panel part (40) including a plurality of perforated flowing path parts (41) and a barbed anchor part (42) formed by bending a barb remaining after cutting the perforated flow path part (41); and an anchor panel fixation part (50) including a U-shaped shackle part (51) wherein the perforated flow path part (41) is connected to a U-shaped bent part and a shackle fixation part (52) fixating and fastening both side end parts of the shackle part (51). According to the present invention, as the anchor panel part (40) provides an effect of naturally forming a plurality of anchor pins without a separate process, a coupling force with the ground is increased, thus being structurally stable more than an existing linear anchor pin and being broken less in construction, thereby providing an advantage of reducing expenses caused by poor construction.
