The present invention relates to a ballast water processing and propulsion system of a vessel using an axle-less motor. In particular, the system makes the ballast water sequentially flow to the outside, the inside, and the outside of the vessel in real time, or introduced or discharged to attain an original purpose of the ballast water, however, the ballast water is introduced and discharged in real-time, thus being not contaminated, thereby not requiring treatment of the ballast water. Moreover, a waterproof motor to discharge the ballast water and a rotary shaft (axle) space of a rotor of the waterproof motor is evacuated and a spiral screw is coupled to the space, such that the motor is suitable for transferring gas and liquid. As the waterproof motor embedded in a state of not including a bearing is rotated, mechanical friction is reduced to enhance rotational efficiency. Cavitation generated in a propeller of the vessel is inhibited through a cylindrical structure outside the rotor and power is consumed inside a stator of the motor from which the power is generated, thereby providing good vessel propulsion efficiency. Moreover, the vessel is easily rotated to left and right sides, and is easily propelled forward and backward in accordance with an installation position, the number, and a rotational direction of the motors, thereby not requiring a tugboat when mooring the vessel.
