The present invention relates to an OCT image post-processing method and, more specifically, relates to the OCT image post-processing method to remove speckle generated when taking an OCT image. The method according to the present invention comprises: a) a step of receiving an optical coherence tomography (OCT) image including speckle data; b) a step of preparing a virtual image corresponding to the OCT image; c) a step of generating one or more noise data for the virtual image; d) a step of generating simulation data by synthesizing the generated noise data and the virtual image; e) a step of selectively removing the noise data from the synthesized simulation data; f) a step of learning the process of removing the noise data by repeating the step of selectively removing the noise data, and storing the learned information; and g) a step of removing the speckle data existing in the OCT image in accordance with the learned information.
