The present invention relates to a heating roller for a calendar comprising: a roller body unit (34); a finishing unit (35); and left and right roller rotating units (36a, 36b). The roller body unit (34) includes a heater receiving unit (34a) and a heat medium receiving unit (34b). The heater receiving unit (34a) is axially perforated in a central part. The heat medium receiving unit (34b) is positioned on an outside of the heater receiving unit (34a), radially separated at constant intervals in a surface part, and perforated in an axial direction. The finishing unit (35) finishes both ends of the roller body unit (34) by enabling an inner end unit to be welded respectively in the both ends of the roller body unit (34); and includes each ring shaped communication groove (35b) which is formed in the inner end unit, and communicates with each heat medium receiving unit (34b). The diameters of the left and right roller rotating units (36a, 36b) are stepped to be smaller than the diameter of the finishing unit (35) from an outer end unit of the finishing unit (35). The left and right roller rotating units (36a, 36b) are formed integrally with the finishing unit (35) to be extended to the outside of an axis direction. A heat medium receiving hole (35c) which communicates with the communication groove (35b) is formed in the finishing unit (35) of the left roller rotating unit (36a). A heat medium discharging hole (35d) which communicates with the communication groove (35b) is formed in the finishing unit (35) of the right roller rotating unit (36b). The present invention can increase gloss efficiency.
