The present invention relates to an automatic painting apparatus of a cosmetic glass container having a container transfer body of a separation preventing structure. A cosmetic glass container is seated on a container transfer body and undergoes a pointing operation before containing cosmetics. For the purpose, a heating operation is performed to the cosmetic glass container for removing foreign materials on the cosmetic glass container while the cosmetic glass container is being transferred to one direction through a transfer line; first and second painting operations are performed on the heating operation-completed cosmetic glass container; an aging operation is performed on the first and second painted cosmetic glass container; a third painting operation is performed on the aging operation-completed cosmetic glass container; and then finally a drying process is performed on the third painted cosmetic glass container. Accordingly, a final product is commercially produced. Therefore, the automatic painting apparatus according to the present invention improves workability by enabling an inner surface fixing unit using an elastic spring and a rotation fixing unit using a centrifugal force and a spring to fix an inner circumferential surface of the cosmetic glass container to prevent separation of the cosmetic glass container from the container transfer body due to pressure of a paint sprayed when the cosmetic glass container is reversely seated on the container transfer body (holder) such that an entrance of the cosmetic glass container faces the bottom, thereby preventing the cosmetic glass container from being separated from the container transfer body.
