The present invention relates to an oral composition for improving skin condition containing a culture extract of Agaricus mycelium as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oral composition for improving skin condition, which promotes production of collagen by containing isoflavone-β-D-glucan, suppresses wrinkle formation on skin by reducing activities of gelatinase, and ensures anti-aging effects. According to the present invention, the oral composition for improving skin condition does not cause cytotoxicity, and addition of preservatives is not required since microbial succession does not take place even after a long-term preservation.
