The present invention relates to a composition for treating thyroid cancer containing doxorubicin and cucurbitacin B, and it was firstly confirmed that the doxorubicin induces cytotoxicity of undifferentiated thyroid cancer cells with the medium of Bcl-2 family proteins, survivin and reactive oxygen species, and JAK2/STAT3 and ERK1/2 are regulated to show synergic action with the cucurbitacin B.
