Disclosed is a dimple projection welding method for minimizing a welding indentation impression. The dimple projection welding method for minimizing welding indentation impression comprises the following steps: (a) molding a dimple-shaped protruding pattern comprising a pair of curved protrusions protruding along curved trajectories opened in the opposite direction each at a regular interval in the longitudinal direction of a predetermined width section set in a first plate material; (b) placing a second plate material of a flat plate on a surface on which the protruding pattern of the first plate is located; and (c) resistance welding the first and second plates by applying a welding current to a fixed electrode tip and a movable electrode tip to melt the curved protrusions while pressing the second plate with a set pressing force through the movable electrode tip of a welding gun while the first plate is supported through the fixed electrode tip of the welding gun.
