One embodiment of the present invention relates to a tong apparatus attached to a crane of an aquafarm working boat, having a simple and efficient structure. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a crane coupling unit coupled to an end of a crane boom; a hydraulic cylinder installed at the bottom of the crane coupling unit; a fixated coupling unit fixated in a bottom of a housing of the hydraulic cylinder to be downwardly extended; a tong unit including a pair of tongs hinge-coupled to the fixated coupling unit to be able to rotate; a first link member fixated to a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and to be extended towards both ends; and a pair of second link members to connect both end parts of the first link member and the pair of tongs, respectively. The fixated coupling unit includes a pair of plate members fixated on the front and rear surfaces of the housing of the hydraulic cylinder, and the first link member protrudes and is extended towards both sides between the pair of plate members of the fixated coupling unit. As the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is lowered, the pair of tongs close. When the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is lifted, the pair of tongs open.
