The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flame retardant UHMW-PE heat molding return roller, which comprises the steps of: preparing a coated pipe to be coated; heating the coated pipe together with a coating facility; increasing an outer diameter of the heated coated pipe; molding the coated pipe having an enlarged outer diameter; and completing the manufacturing of a return roller. According to the present invention, a problem that the coating of the return roller is rotated and separated during an operation of a conveyor belt can be fundamentally prevented.
