The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for adjuvant therapy comprising a receptor-interacting protein kinase-3 (RIP3) protein expression promoter or an activator as an active ingredient. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an RIP3 protein expression promoter or activator; And an anticancer agent is administered to a cancer cell in combination with the cancer cell. The present invention also relates to a method for screening anti-cancer adjuvants for promoting RIP3 (Receptor-interacting protein kinase-3) expression and thereby enhancing the sensitivity of anticancer drugs, and a method for monitoring the sensitivity of anticancer drugs by expressing RIP3.
