The present invention discloses a method and a system, which analyze a consumption pattern of a user by using consumption data related to input agricultural product consumption and provide customized information with respect to agricultural products to the user at a proper time by using a time when the consumption data are input. A method for recommending agricultural products related information comprises the following steps of: receiving the consumption data related to consumption of the foods, and storing the consumption data and times when the consumption data are input; analyzing the consumption pattern consuming the products by using the consumption data; selecting a transmission time for transmitting a notification by using the times; and selecting the products expected to be consumed by using the consumption pattern, and transmitting information on the selected products at the transmission time.
