The present invention relates to a method for reconstructing a 3D magnetic resonance spectroscopy image based on a parallel imaging technique by using a multichannel coil. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a 3D magnetic resonance spectroscopy image can be acquired in a short time as few signals are acquired in all three phase-encoded directions of a 3D space. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring a gradient magnetic field encoded signal; and reconstructing an image by adding a signal estimated from the acquired signal.
