A method for estimating a cloud temperature is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to obtain cloud radiation for a cloud observed in an infrared wavelength region and blue sky radiation for a blue sky estimated in the infrared wavelength region and to determine cloud emissivity based on the obtained cloud radiation and the obtained blue sky radiation. And, it is possible to accurately calculate the temperature of the cloud by using the determined cloud emissivity.
