The present invention relates to a power conditioning system for ESS including functions for diagnosing and monitoring UHF insulation deterioration, vibration, and temperature and humidity. A hybrid monitoring device is configured to regularly monitor an abnormal internal state of a power conditioning system (PCS) executing power conversion and protection functions in a power consumer energy storage system (ESS). An insulation deterioration state of electronic devices in the power conditioning system is monitored through an ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensor, an abnormal vibration state, caused by the resonance of a building or earthquake to a power conditioning system rack, is monitored through a triaxial vibration acceleration sensor, and the temperature and humidity of the power conditioning system are monitored through a temperature and humidity sensor, and thus, the collected data are analyzed and abnormal states are diagnosed to report caution, warning, or danger to a user. As such, the power conditioning system for ESS is capable of preventing accidents, caused by explosion or fire, and stably converting power to supply the power to consumers.
