The present invention relates to a damper for reducing a vibration, including a 3D truss structure. The 3D truss structure is divided into a plurality of regions in one direction and then both ends of the 3D truss structure are filled with hard fillers and are allocated to an end side stiffener region for supporting a load for a target structure. A region between the end side stiffener regions is allocated to a damper region for vibration dissipation for an external vibration. The prevent invention can remarkably improve constructability and workability and reduce costs with high vibration dissipation performance.
