Provided are a surface-modified metal nanoparticle, a composite comprising the same, and a manufacturing method of the composite. A surface-modified nanoparticle comprises: a metal core; and a ligand having a thiol group and an amine group, with the frame of polyalkylene glycol, arranged on the surface of the metal core. The thiol group is mutually interacted with the surface of the metal core, and has a structure of the amine group exposed to the outside.
