The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for PVDF-based film which comprises the following: a film material producing step of dissolving a PVDF-based electroactive polymer material composed of a ferroelectric electroactive polymer material, and adding nano-clay powder to the dissolved PVDF-based electroactive polymer material to produce a PVDF-based film material; and a film manufacturing step of applying the PVDF-based film material to a substrate, evaporating a solvent, and peeling the PVDF-based film material from the substrate to form a PVDF-based film. An objective of the present invention is to provide a PVDF-based film which can effectively increase the ratio of β-phase of a PVDF-based film and a fiber using the same.
