The present invention provides a system for evaluating internet addiction, wherein an eye tracker for a subject is used to measure cognitive biases and behavioral reaction, thereby enabling a user to determine whether the subject is addicted to a game or an Internet. For the purpose, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a system for evaluating internet addiction through measurement of eye movement, which comprises: a display unit selectively providing a first image or a second image on a screen according to a pre-set scenario; an eye tracker measuring eye movement of the subject when the subject sees the screen; and a determination unit determining whether the subject is addicted to a game or an Internet through addiction factors related to information on eye movement of the subject measured by the eye tracker, wherein the first image includes an Internet or game-related image and the second image includes an image which is not related to an Internet or a game.
