The present invention relates to an automatic blood smear-staining device for a field diagnosis and an automatic blood smear-staining method, which are able to automatize smearing and staining in one tool, enable efficient and rapid diagnosis and evaluation, improve uniformity and repetitive performance of smearing, and be manufactured in a small size to secure portability and mobility, thereby being suitable for a field diagnosis. The automatic blood smear-staining device comprises: a tool housing; a smear treatment module which is formed in the tool housing, and smears blood stain located on a slide glass; a staining treatment module which is formed on one side of the smear treatment module, and performs a staining process for a smeared blood sample; a driving-3-axis movement means for moving and tilting the smear treatment module, the staining treatment module, and a driving component configuring the smear treatment module and the staining treatment module in XYZ axes; and a control panel for controlling the smear treatment module, the staining treatment module, and the driving-3-axis movement means.
