Disclosed is a laser apparatus for skin treatment using different pulse duration complex irradiation. The laser apparatus for skin treatment using different pulse duration complex irradiation of the present invention comprises: a laser generating device for modulating at least one reference laser with a plurality of lasers having different energy magnitudes and pulse durations and alternately outputting the lasers repeatedly; and a laser irradiation device for irradiating a plurality of laser beams applied alternately and repeatedly from the laser generating device to skin lesions, and thus the laser treatment efficiency can be improved by allowing the pulses of different pulse durations to be alternately and repeatedly irradiated during the laser irradiation period depending on the chromophore.
