The present invention relates to a stab-proof fabric and a production method thereof. To this end, the stab-proof fabric is prepared by the following steps: primarily winding a high strength polyethylene yarn clockwise around a metal yarn; secondarily winding the high-strength polyethylene yarn in the counterclockwise direction; placing a spandex yarn next to the same; surround the whole with a nylon yarn in a counterclockwise direction; winding the high-strength polyethylene yarn in the counterclockwise direction to prepare a primary yarn; winding the nylon yarn around the spandex yarn in the counterclockwise direction; winding the high-strength polyethylene yarn in the counterclockwise direction to prepare a secondary yarn; and weaving the primary yarn in a vertical direction and the secondary yarn in a horizontal direction.
