The present invention relates to a cost calculation system for transportation of stone and aggregate for engineering works. The cost calculation system includes: a client terminal transmitting information regarding a construction work, including a type of the construction work, location information of a target land, and numerical data regarding the land, and information regarding materials for an engineering work, including types of engineering stones and aggregates to be used in the engineering work and material items made of a variety of construction tools to be used in the engineering work; at least one sales terminal transmitting cost information of the materials for an engineering work, and allowing the engineering materials, selected by the client terminal, to be transported only when transmitted costs of materials for an engineering work are selected; and a calculation server receiving the information regarding the construction work, the information regarding the materials for an engineering work, and the cost information of the materials for an engineering work, selecting a sales terminal having transmitted the lowest cost information from among the sales terminals having transmitted the cost information, calculating the amount of materials for an engineering work to be used, based on the information regarding the received construction work, calculating transportation costs based on the calculated amount of materials for an engineering work to be used and the lowest cost information, and guiding the transportation cost to be paid by transmitting the transportation costs to the client terminal.
