The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an Al-CNT complex material, and relates to an Al-CNT complex material manufactured by the manufacturing method. The manufacturing method of an Al-CNT complex material comprises the following steps of: forming an Al-CNT compositing including a certain amount of CNT in wt% out of the entire 100 wt%; manufacturing complex powder using the Al-CNT composition; extruding the complex powder; cold rolling the extruded extrusion material; performing intermediate heat-treatment for thermally treating the cold-rolled rolling material in the range of predetermined temperature during the predetermined period of time; drawing the intermediate heat-treated rolling material; and performing final heat-treatment for thermally treating the drawn drawing material in the range of the predetermined temperature during the predetermined period of time. The Al-CNT complex material manufactured by the manufacturing method has the maximum tensile strength greater than or equal to 270 MPa, and has electrical conductivity greater and equal to 60% IACS.
