The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating Graves′ ophthalmopathy comprising an extract of Amomum tsao-ko as an effective component. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is excellent in effects of inhibiting lipid differentiation and inhibiting hyaluronan production without toxicity to the human body, and thus is useful for the prevention or treatment of Graves′ ophthalmopathy.
