Embodiments of the present invention relate to a mobile terminal and a display apparatus for realizing a delivery item with an intuitive image. The mobile terminal and the display apparatus provide a mechanism for arranging at least one image per item generated in an arrangement space of an arrangement space image to realize an item arrangement image and intuitively displaying the realized item arrangement image on a display screen of the display apparatus. Therefore, the mobile terminal and the display apparatus may reduce time for checking a missing delivery item or confirming the delivery item and ultimately shorten delivery time by checking a state of the item arrangement image (video) which is intuitively and realized often when loading the delivery item and/or delivering the delivery item.
