The present invention relates to a pollutant discharge route realization method using a watershed model. The pollutant discharging route realization method includes the steps of: (a) inputting the discharging flow amount and the discharge concentration rate inspected related to a target watershed part and calculating a discharging load amount by multiplying the discharging flow amount by the discharge flow amount by using a discharging load amount calculation module; (b) enabling a basin delivery and river reach or reservoir (RCHRES) generation module to analyze the measurement data or geographic information system (GIS) data to determine watershed boundaries per a basin delivery RCHRES to generate divided and multi-sectional basin delivery RCHRES units; (c) enabling a river information generation module to generate a basin delivery RCHRES/F-Table unit including a basin delivery reduction equation and the basin delivery RCHRES length as well as the river cross-section related to the basin delivery RCHRES; (d) enabling a pollutant reduction module to calculate the permeation rate and permeation amount by using the basin delivery equation; (e) enabling the pollutant reduction module to calculate the discharging flow amount, rainwater, evaporation amount, permeation rate, and permeation amount to calculate the volume of water (OVOL1) being delivered to the downstream part of the basin delivery RCHRES; and (f) enabling the pollutant reduction module to calculate the concentration rate of the pollutants being delivered to the downstream part of the basin delivery RCHRES with the ratio of the volume of water being delivered to the downstream part and the volume of the permeating water. The pollutant discharging route realization method can realize the pollutant discharging path including the basin delivery process of a small-scale point-discharge facility to realize the pollutant discharging path based on the technical guidance using the watershed model.
