The present invention relates to a medical functional bed for improving convenience of a clinician. The medical functional bed for providing a space for a patient to lie down comprises: a mattress unit including a first mattress on which most of a body of a patient is positioned and a second mattress on which the rest of the body of the patient is positioned to safely hold the patient with the first mattress and which is secured in a space excluding a space where the first mattress is secured to be separable from the first mattress; and a frame unit supporting the first mattress and the second mattress of the mattress unit.
