The present invention relates to a system for providing a patient experience evaluation service for a hospital, which can easily identify medical service improvements of a hospital. The system for providing a patient experience evaluation service for a hospital comprises: a member registration module to receive hospital information including a hospital name from a hospital server; a condition setting module including a survey target extraction unit to extract survey targets of patient experience evaluation from a patient group which has used the hospital, and a questionnaire generation unit to generate a questionnaire including a plurality of survey questions; a survey performing module to provide the survey targets with the questionnaire, receive survey answers, and designate the survey targets who have inputted the survey answers as respondents; a result analysis module including a question result analysis unit analyzing the survey answers to calculate a numerical satisfaction score; and a report generation module to generate a report based on the satisfaction score and supply the report to the hospital server.
