The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing polypropylene yarns to improve the weaving properties and post dyeing properties of polypropylene fiber. The method for manufacturing polypropylene yarns comprises the steps of: selecting polymer resin material powder which is able to be melted with a polypropylene resin, to manufacture an antibacterial nanometallic porous mineral composition; manufacturing a spandex composition by using the composition; manufacturing a master batch for polypropylene yarns by using the spandex composition; manufacturing polypropylene yarns by using the master batch for polypropylene yarns; manufacturing and preparing a softener for a posttreatment of the polypropylene yarns; and coating surfaces of the polypropylene yarns with the softener for a posttreatment of the polypropylene yarns, to manufacture polypropylene fiber. Thus, the post dyeing properties of the polypropylene fiber can be improved.
