The present invention relates to an infringement accident forensic investigation technology, and more particularly, to a method and system for automatically generating an infringement indicator for an effective infringement accident forensic investigation. The present invention also relates to a method and system for automatic generation of an infringing indicator that enables quick creation of an infringing indicator through addition, weighting calculation, quick response and detection of an infringing accident, and identification of a similar infringement accident.
