The present invention relates to an activation evaluation device of a power source assembly, comprising: an impactor rotated by a motor; a bud linearly moved by a pneumatic pressure; and a pressure adjusting portion for adjusting a moving condition of the impactor and the bud. When the impactor and the bud collide, a rotation force of the impactor and an inertial force of the bud are simultaneously applied to a power source assembly within the bud such that a voltage measurement can be implemented in an environment identical with that with a real gun fire condition.
