The present invention relates to a three dimensional image display apparatus capable of displaying a high-quality image in three dimensions by enhancing the effective viewing angle of a spatial light modulator. The resolution and the viewing angle of the spatial light modulator can be enhanced by patterning a reduction lens that focuses the image of the spatial light modulator on a focal point without reducing the pixel pitch of the spatial light modulator and a mesh film having a pitch which is smaller than the pitch of the spatial light modulator and is close to the wavelength of the light.
