The present invention relates to a transparency pretreatment method of biotissue, and a transparency method thereof having the same. The present invention has a treatment step for treating saccharides solution with biotissue before a transparenting agent is applied to the biotissue. Therefore, liquid components which prevent penetration of light and other molecules can be removed from the biotissue in advance, and dehydration can be induced. As a result, a structural binding force between reagent for fixing the tissue and biotissue protein can be increased, thereby hardly causing transformation and hardening the tissue. Moreover, swelling of the tissue caused in the process of tissue transparency can be prevented. In addition, crack of the tissue caused in the process of antibody treatment and in the process of washing can be prevented.
