The present invention relates to an apparatus for harvesting wind energy by positioning triboelectric means facing each other within a flow in a state in which the triboelectric means are attached to a cylinder in the longitudinal direction thereof, causing deformation of the triboelectric means by using a vortex generated by the flow, and allowing electrified surfaces to be slid by the deformation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sliding-type triboelectric energy harvester using vortex-induced vibration comprises: a vortex generating body of a pole shape laid against a flow; and a triboelectric mean attached to the vortex generating body and having an electrode patterned thereon, wherein the triboelectric means is provided as a pair of triboelectric means which are positioned to face each other, and electrified surfaces of the pair of triboelectric means generate induced current while being slid with each other by a vortex generated around the vortex generating body. The present invention is able to improve energy harvest efficiency.
