Molecular marker for identifying the hilum color of soybean and the use thereof

The present invention relates to a pair of primers for identification of bean color, and a method for discriminating bean color using the same. Specifically, by using a primer pair specific to the locus related to the soybean color trait, it is possible to quickly identify the color of the soybean variety, which can be used for developing soybean without any color. In addition, in the future molecular breeding program, it is possible to identify whether the seeds are defective at the early stage of cultivating the soybean varieties, thereby promoting marker-assisted selection of bean curd.
