The present invention relates to a storage/management apparatus for medical products, and more specifically, relates to a storage/management apparatus for especially managed medical products including drugs having an operation structure using a 4G technology including the Internet of Things. According to the present invention, the storage/management apparatus for medical products comprises: a storage area (11) having one or more sealed storage instruments (111, 112, 113, 114) with a locking means installed; a security module (12) to determine whether to unlock the storage area (11); a takeout detection module (14) to detect a takeout of especially managed medical products stored in the storage area (11); a condition maintenance module (16) to control an internal status of the storage area (11); and a communication unit (T) for communication between external devices including the storage area (11) and a handling terminal (13). The security module (12) is unlocked by an approval acquired by the handling terminal (13). The present invention is to provide the storage/management apparatus for especially managed medical products including drugs, which is able to control a storage status and to automatically detect a storage status and check a volume being taken out.
