The present invention relates to a system and a method for analyzing criminal information in a dark web and, specifically, to a system and a method for analyzing criminal information in a dark web, which perform crime profiling by analyzing scanned information in a dark web. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for analyzing criminal information in a dark web includes: a DWCPA unit which classifies and analyzes information on a dark webpage scanned by being combined with dark web crime advance information built in advance into multiple forms based on the dark web scanning information as raw data, and extracts and stores crime characteristic information; a DWCPP unit which rebuilds the advance information by searching the information again from a general web based on the extracted crime characteristic information and extracting additional related data, and performs the crime profiling and uses the crime profiling as the data for tracing a crime generated in the dark web; and a sharing repository storing the dark web scanning information. The stored scanning information is dark web collection information collected by a dark web crime site search system.
