A system to prevent the double deduction of personal expenses includes: an expenditure management server formed to process whether to approve expenses or not in relation to use records submitted by a user, and including a database storing expense processing records regarding the submitted use records; and a tax calculation service server receiving tax calculation data from the user and inquiring into the approved use records from the expenditure management server, thereby generating tax calculation data by deducting the use records, approved by the expenditure management server, from use records included in the tax calculation data. As such, the system is capable of fundamentally preventing the double deduction of expenses, which have been spent with a personal credit card or cash of an employee and have already been returned under approval by the company.
