The present invention relates to a repair and reinforcement method using a mixing and construction system of repair materials for construction, wherein the mixing and construction system includes: a silo having given storage space formed inside to be filled with dried mortar resulting from mixing cement and sand, raw materials for a repair material, at a predetermined ratio; powder transfer equipment in a vacant lot installed in the lower part of the silo to transfer the dried mortar by means of constant discharge pressure; a continuous mixer connected, by a hose, to the powder transfer equipment to agitate and mix the dried mortar discharged and transferred from the silo with water automatically supplied at high speed to produce a repair material; a plurality of support units disposed in the lower surface of the silo; a given base body unit on which the support unit is held; and at least a pair of fixing modules disposed on the base body unit so as to come in contact with at least some part of the edgy portion of the support units, thereby fixating the support units. The fixing module includes: a bottom portion disposed on the base body unit to come in contact with the support unit; and a fluid composed of a plurality of structures disposed upward from the bottom portion to flow mutually in a sliding type, thereby coming into contact with the support unit. Accordingly, occurrence and scattering of dust is suppressed when cement and sand, or cement, sand and water are mixed. In addition, use of a burlap bag for carrying raw materials such as the cement is not used, thereby enabling a pleasant and clean environment of a working field to be continuously maintained and environmental pollution caused by disposal of a waste burlap bag to be also prevented.
