The present invention relates to a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system for in-use vehicles, and more specifically, to an SCR system for in-use vehicles including: a diesel particulate matter catalyst (PMC) filter; a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) mounted together with the diesel PMC filter; a urea injector mounted between a rear end of the diesel PMC filter and an upper end of an SCR device; a mixer mounted on a front end of the SCR device; the SCR device mounted at a rear end of the mixer; an ammonia oxidation catalyst (AOC) mounted together with the SCR device; an electronic exhaust throttling valve installed at a rear end of the SCR device; an insulating material; a water-repellent coating material; and a heat dissipation plate. According to the present invention, when the SCR device is separately installed in a diesel engine vehicle, a position of a pre-mounted diesel PMC filter is modified so as to be close to an exhaust manifold, and the SCR device is mounted at a previous position of the diesel PMC filter, so a heat dissipation loss of an exhaust gas is minimized.
