The present invention provides a method for measuring the weight and a body center point using a viewing angle, capable of accurately measuring the weight of a user by enabling the user to see the front when the user measures the weight and planning for imbalance by enabling the user to know that a body shape of the user is imbalanced leftward or rightward in a case that left and right weights of the user are the same when the user faces left or right when the user measures an actual body weight. The method for measuring the weight and body center point using a viewing angle comprises: a step (S100) in which the user measuring the weight wears a front, left, and right view generating device; a step (S110) in which the user is positioned (steps up) on a left and right measurement unit; a step (S120) in which a control unit of a weight measuring device induces a view toward the front, the left, and the right of the user in accordance with order which the front, left, and right view generating device sets; a step (S130) in which the control unit controls that light is output toward the front, the left, and the right on multiple points at a predetermined angle for a predetermined time by the front, left, and right view generating device; a step (S140) in which the user′s entire weight and the left and right weights are measured by the left and right measurement unit when the user grazes to the light generated in the front, left, and right view generating device for the predetermined time; a step (S150) in which the control unit outputs a corresponding point number and a graph on a display unit of the outside about a body shape center point which is a point in which the left weight and right weight of the user are the same; and a step (S160) in which the control unit displays the entire weight and the left and right weights on the display unit of the weight measuring device when the user steps down from the weight measuring device.
