The present invention relates to a high speed train operating system using repulsive levitation and a vacuum state, preventing a passenger from feeling dizzy and tinnitus. According to the present invention, the high speed train operating system comprises: a permanent magnet type rail (10) to provide repulsive fore to a train; an electric magnet type high speed train body (20) disposed on the upper part of the permanent magnet type rail and moving on the upper part of the permanent magnet type rail without being separated from a track while being lifted; a vacuum structure (30) installed in a shape to surround the permanent magnet type rail and the electric magnet type high speed train body, and maintaining a vacuum state of an inner space part; a passenger protection partition (40) installed between a passenger getting-on/off section (A) and an operation preparation section (B) of one inner end of the vacuum structure; a vacuum state maintain partition (50); a plurality of first and second vacuum pumps (70); and a passenger sliding door.
